We offer an on-site appraisal of how well your organisation is managing software licenses. You will get a written report identifying potential areas of non-compliance risk, and benchmarking your organisation against best practises.

Why do you need this report?

You certainly do not need this report if:

1. You don't mind buying new licenses when you already have lots of old licenses no longer in use.
2. You are not interested in consolidating software purchases.
3. You are under no pressure to hold down software acquisition costs.
4. The spreadsheets and bits of paper you are using now work fine for you.
5. You have no interest in knowing what licenses or maintenance contracts are about to expire.
6. You never have a need to look at the license agreement for software you are using.
7. You will never need those serial numbers or authorization codes again.
8. Corporate governance (AAS, Sarbanes-Oxley, IFRS, etc.) have no relevance to your organization.
9. You have no worries about how your organization would stand up under a software audit from the BSAA or a vendor.

For the rest of you, this report will be a critical tool in either confirming that your organisation has software license management well in hand, or identifying the areas that need immediate improvement.
